Shipping
All orders are shipped through UPS from the Michigan warehouse. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you require your order to be received sooner, select the Priority shipping option and indicate in the Notes area the date that you need your materials and we will try to accommodate your request.
Returns and Refunds
Unused items may be returned within 4 weeks from date of receipt. On the Contact Us page, write your order number and items you wish to return. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and send it to you via email. Put a copy of the RMA in with your returned items and ship with a tracking # and proper insurance on the package in case it is lost through the carrier. We will issue a refund check for your unused or damaged items within 72 hours. |
